Planning for the Members’ Forum 2024 is in full swing, and we’re excited to announce that the program will be published in April. But before we finalize the lineup, we want to hear from you! Your input is crucial in shaping the content of the breakout sessions and ensuring that we meet your needs and interests.
Members’ Forum Structure / Programme
The upcoming forum will feature Plenary and Breakout Sessions, with the overall objective of fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and showcasing best practices among BWF Members. Based on the feedback we received from Member Associations in 2023, we are committed to tailoring the forum content to maximize its relevance, utility, and engagement for all participants.
To achieve this, we will soon be sending out prioritization polls to survey the topics that interest you the most. Each Member Association will have the opportunity to vote on the issues of highest value and interest to them. These priority topic areas will serve as a guide for finalizing the content for the sessions.

Reminders – Get Ready for the AGM
We would like to express our gratitude to all the Members who have already completed the following tasks. For those who haven’t, consider this a friendly reminder to do so as soon as possible:

Delegate Nomination Form – Please complete this form (download from AGM page of the BWF website) and send it to Patricia Wong ([email protected]).

Book Flights – Make sure to book flights for your delegate(s). Transport to the official hotel will only be provided from Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) and Tianfu International Airport (TFU) to the Holiday Inn and back to the airport.

Book your hotel room – Refer to our Notice of 22 February (linked here) for all the details. You can choose between two ways to book accommodations:
- Option 1 – Manual Process – Complete a form.
- Option 2 – Online booking and payment. The deadline to book is 5 April 2024.
